Workshop Space for Rent
Our second-floor front room is available to rent. It’s a versatile space that can be used for a variety of gatherings—workshops, readings, meet-ups, book clubs, children’s craft parties, or pop-ups from businesses that align with our mission here at A Love Letter.
DROP-IN Card Making
Drop in and make die-cut collage cards on beautiful cotton rag cardstock using vibrant paper scraps and old magazines. Create a card for your teacher as the end of the school year approaches, a Father’s Day card for Dad, or perhaps a little “pick-me-up” card for a friend who could use some extra love. Whoever the recipient, these cards are easy to make and turn out wonderfully unique.
Inner Wisdom Writing Workshop
Join us for a special evening of accessing your inner wisdom and finding flow on the page. Facilitated by Writing Therapist Parrish Wilson, this workshop will explore the therapeutic power of writing to release stress, process emotions, and gain understanding. Whether you consider yourself a writer or not, Parrish’s surprisingly easy yet insightful writing practices will help you release what is no longer meant for you and gain deeper access to your own inner knowing.
Ecopoetry Writing Night
Join us for a relaxed and intimate night of poetry! We'll explore concepts of ecopoetry and collage to generate ideas and create momentos. Local poet, Ellen Chang-Richardson, will lead you through a variety of ecopoetic examples, offer prompts, and guide you as you write your poems.
Unwind & Bind - Notebook Making
Create your own notebook in good company! In this relaxed, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to stitch together your own collection of paper and memories into something meaningful and one-of-a-kind. Bring your own stash, or choose from our selection recycled and next-generation loose leaf, all ready to be upcycled and repurposed.
Mini Dried Flower Arrangements
Come make mini dried flower arrangements in charming little recycled ink bottles. We’ll be using dried flowers from Rosalind’s Garden Blooms—the same beautiful bouquets we carry in the shop.

Join this fun and creative eco-printing workshop, where you’ll use the bundle dye method on prepared organic cotton squares. Rosalind will guide you through the process, and we’ll also explore some of the plant materials used to create the designs.

Do you want to start creative writing, but don’t know how to find ideas? Do you already write, and want some fun ways to move past blocks and get unstuck? Join us for this super fun, yet practical, creative writing workshop!
Easter Paper Ornaments
Drop-in and make Easter paper ornaments from scrap papers. For kids and adults alike! And with all the inspiration and supplies you’ll need.
