A Season in Words: Writing Your Way into Fall

With each season comes a transition - in weather, in clothing, in activities… We shift along with the seasons too, and if we learn to go with the natural rhythm we can bring greater ease and flow into our lives.

This September, just a week after the Autumn Equinox, join Writing Therapist Parrish Wilson to explore how the fall season is showing up in your life this year… What are you harvesting? What needs to be done before winter? How do you feel about the decreasing light? Through prompted, reflective writing, you’ll write your way into a stronger connection with yourself and the season, your own words leading the way into a more aligned and meaningful autumn.

No need to consider yourself a writer, Parrish has been leading therapeutic writing workshops since 2013, showing anyone willing that there’s magic in your words whether your English teacher liked them or not!

Price: $65

Note: workshop room is on the second floor, stairs only. If this is a problem, please reach out we may be able to make an accomodation.
