Join us for a unique evening to tune into your own inner wisdom. During this workshop you will explore and practice a technique to access information within you, and beyond the logical thinking mind. Automatic writing is a form of spontaneous scrawling to receive free-flowing messages following brief mediation.
The experience will begin by browsing the Paper Boutique for your writing tools while enjoying a glass of award-winning Canadian Maison Théier non-alcoholic tea crément. Use your $20 store voucher to purchase your writing tools for the workshop or other beautiful items from the store. Guided by an experienced facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, writers will gather on the second floor of the shop to discover the technique, practice a brief meditation, and write. The workshop will conclude with herbal tea and a sweet treat.
